Metal Specialists of Augusta has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of metal fabrication.

We weld aluminum, carbon, stainless, cast iron as well as plastic both onsite or in our shop.

Utilizing high tech tools such as water jets and plasma cutters, we can cut steel up to 4" thick.

We can also roll metal up to 1/2" thick.

ACS Jet-Master 510 Water Jet Cutting Machine

 

  • capable of cutting steel up to 4” thick and as thin as tin foil

Plasma Table

  • able to pierce and cut mild steel and stainless steel plate

Metal rollers

  • capable of rolling metals as thick as ½ inch.

Computerized Plasma Table

  • pierce and cut mild steel and stainless steel plate into any design or pattern.
  • capable of cutting both carbon and stainless steal up to ½” thick.

Metal and Plastic Breaks

  • capable of bending metal as thick as ½” carbon steel and 3/8” stainless steal.

Metal and plastic Sheers

  • capable of sheering ½” carbon steel and 3/8” stainless steal.

Pipe Threading Machines

  • capable of threading pipe as small as 1/8” in diameter and as large as 6” in diameter.
